30-day money-back promise

You get two months of SubMark free before we charge anything. If SubMark isn't right for you after your first charge, we'll give that charge back.

How it works

• Email support@submark.io from your account administrator's email address within 30 days of your first charge. You don't need to give a reason.
• We refund the full amount of that charge to the card it was made on: your first month, or your first year if you pay annually.
• We cancel your subscription at the same time, so nothing else is charged.
• Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What it covers

The promise covers your company's first paid charge, once. It doesn't cover renewal charges, charges for office users you add later, or a new subscription started after an earlier one was canceled.

The terms

30-day money-back promise. If you are not satisfied with SubMark, you may request a full refund of your account's first paid subscription charge by emailing support@submark.io from the account administrator's email address within thirty (30) days after the date of that charge. We will refund the full amount of that charge to the original payment method and cancel the subscription, and no further charges will be made. This promise applies once per customer account and only to the first paid charge; it does not apply to renewal charges, charges for additional seats, or any charge on a subscription started after an earlier one was canceled. Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. This promise supplements the Terms of Service.
